David Rothenberg enjoyed a thriving career in theater during its golden age, working with icons, including Bette Davis, Elizabeth Taylor, Richard Burton, Lauren Bacall, and John Gielgud. David recently sat down with Megan Burrow of the Teaneck Suburbanite to talk about his new memoir, FORTUNE IN MY EYES: A Memoir of Broadway Glamour, Social Justice, and Political Passion (Applause Theatre & Cinema Books Trade Paperback, $19.99). In the interview, he reminisces about his childhood in Teaneck and his inspiring journey from Schubert Alley to the Fortune Society’s Castle.
